Responsibilities
- Design and build intelligent copilot experiences for human agents.
- Develop systems to detect and handle bad actors.
- Own key components of the multi-agent framework from design to production.
- Develop robust Python applications focusing on reliability and performance.

- Collaborate with Product, CX, and Security stakeholders to ensure high standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning and software engineering.
- Hands-on expertise with large language models and deep learning.
- Experience with the modern generative AI ecosystem.
- Specialized depth in NLP, information retrieval, or conversational AI.
- Strong communication skills for explaining complex concepts.
- Passion for building an open, global financial system with a focus on responsible AI.
