Base Salary
$121k - $193k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build foundational platforms and tools for rapid, consistent, and secure infrastructure provisioning across multiple cloud providers.
- Write clear, maintainable, and performant code in Go.
- Champion infrastructure-as-code best practices and coding standards.
- Debug issues in cloud-native distributed systems.
- Influence and educate engineering teams on improved architectural patterns.
- Create documentation that enables engineers to self-serve infrastructure.
- Design tooling that simplifies operational management of SaaS/PaaS systems.
Requirements
- Experience building and scaling complex software products in a team environment.
- Deep skill driving technical solutions across multiple teams.
- Strong experience with Go, Python, C#, Java, or similar languages.
- Strong experience managing cloud infrastructure, preferably with AWS or Azure.
- Experience with Terraform, Terragrunt, and CI/CD.
- Experience designing operational tooling for SaaS/PaaS systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and empathy for software engineers' needs.
