Base Salary
$103k - $172k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, architect, and optimize secure cloud solutions across AWS, Azure, Google, and Oracle environments.
- Support cloud migration strategies and establish Dev, QA, and production environments across classified and unclassified networks.
- Implement automation for provisioning, configuration, security, and monitoring using DevOps practices.
- Define and engineer cloud capabilities that satisfy customer requirements and service delivery objectives.
- Support infrastructure security design, patching, compliance documentation, governance, and ATO processes.
- Integrate cloud services with analytics tools and support enterprise-scale system integrations and automation.
- Collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal teams in technical discussions and client-facing engagements.
- Develop technical documentation, infrastructure diagrams, cloud migration strategies, and engineering solutions.
Requirements
- Junior-level candidates require a high school diploma or bachelor's degree and 1–3 years of experience.
- Mid-level candidates require a bachelor's degree or equivalent certification plus 4 years of experience.
- Senior-level candidates require a bachelor's degree or equivalent certification plus 8 years of experience.
- SME-level candidates require a master's degree or equivalent certification plus 16 years of experience.
- An active Secret security clearance is required.
- CompTIA Security+ certification and DoD 8570 compliance are required.
- Experience with cloud architectures, native cloud services, enterprise integrations, automation, multi-enclave environments, cloud security frameworks, continuous monitoring, system hardening, and Infrastructure as Code is required.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, CloudFormation, Jenkins, Git, or Ansible is required.
- Knowledge of Xacta, eMASS, ATO processes, C4I systems, Windows environments, RMF, NIST 800-53, STIGs, and cloud security principles is required or expected.
- Experience integrating software with IBM Maximo Application Suite, IBM WebSphere, and Red Hat OpenShift on Azure is required or expected.
- Air Force cloud program experience, AWS GovCloud experience, Zero Trust, modern DevSecOps, and cloud certifications are desired.
