Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements and convert them into feasible software designs.
- Develop, modify, test, troubleshoot, and maintain software modules and applications.
- Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases and usage scenarios.
- Investigate system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend performance or availability improvements.
- Prepare code, technical documentation, project reports, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, and status updates.
- Coordinate with functional teams, systems analysts, engineering staff, project managers, stakeholders, and clients.
- Support software installation, implementation, continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring.
- Capture client requirements and clarifications, respond to customer requests, and gather feedback to support on-time delivery.
- Participate in continuing education, training, and certification activities to maintain current programming and delivery skills.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory skill or experience with Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning.
- Experience designing, coding, testing, debugging, documenting, and maintaining software solutions.
- Ability to analyze requirements, systems flows, data usage, work processes, and software problems.
- Ability to develop test cases, automate validation processes, and ensure code quality.
- Ability to collaborate with clients, project managers, analysts, functional teams, engineering staff, and other stakeholders.
- Strong customer communication, reporting, documentation, and issue-tracking capabilities.
