Responsibilities
- Execute functional, regression, integration, API, and UAT support testing.
- Design, document, and execute test cases across Salesforce applications.
- Validate end-to-end business processes across Sales, Service, and CPQ modules.
- Test Salesforce data models, objects, workflows, validation rules, and integrations.
- Plan testing activities, track defects, and perform end-to-end validation within Salesforce ecosystems.
- Provide insights to improve test documentation and quality assurance processes.
- Identify defects and help ensure software functionality and reliability.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of QA/testing experience, including at least 3 years testing Salesforce applications.
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, objects, workflows, validation rules, and integrations.
- Experience testing Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ.
- Experience with API testing, including REST, SOAP, Postman, and integration validation.
- Strong experience in test planning, test-case design, test execution, defect tracking, and end-to-end validation.
- Ability to validate business processes across Sales, Service, and CPQ modules.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience with Selenium, Cypress, Salesforce automation frameworks, ERP integration testing, SQL, database/ETL testing, or data migration testing is preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud, Community Cloud, Field Service Lightning, or Revenue Cloud is preferred.
