Base Salary
$99k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and fix production software issues.
- Develop monitoring solutions and automate support processes.
- Perform software maintenance, configuration, and updates.
- Implement fixes for internally developed code using Perl, Ruby, C/C++, Java, and Python.
- Track and resolve technical challenges while working alongside development teams on AWS projects.
- Design and build operational scalability for large-scale cloud platforms.
- Automate support processes and document system operations.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or above, or CND or GSEC certification.
- Experience programming with at least one modern language such as C++, C#, Java, Python, Golang, PowerShell, or Ruby.
- Experience with tools for automation, including building, testing, releasing, or monitoring tools.
- Current, active U.S. government Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility or above.
- Preferred: proficiency in Python scripting.
- Preferred: experience with highly concurrent, high-throughput systems and complex distributed systems.
