Responsibilities
- Design and develop bots and complex enterprise RPA solutions using Blue Prism.
- Create and maintain PDD, SDD, TDD, high-level design, and low-level design documentation.
- Work hands-on with Blue Prism 7.x across development and support projects.
- Provide automation analysis, solution design, assessments, requirements gathering, process streamlining, and transformational consulting.
- Design solutions integrating NLP, OCR, and AI with RPA frameworks.
- Identify proof-of-concept opportunities using RPA tools and establish points of view.
- Set up RPA infrastructure and support models and define required support metrics.
- Handle architecture teams, clients, stakeholders, and assigned projects independently.
- Explain business problems and cascade functional and technical information to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
- Blue Prism AD01 certification is mandatory.
- At least 4–5 years of experience with Blue Prism and Abbyy.
- 12+ years of overall IT experience, including 4–5 years in an RPA Architect role.
- Strong experience in bot design, solid design methods, coding practices, and high-level and low-level designs.
- Experience handling multiple complex development concepts and design techniques.
- Experience with organization-wide automations and transformational consulting projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, presentation, communication, customer-handling, and technical foundation skills.
- Experience handling architecture teams and working with clients.
- Knowledge or experience with other RPA tools is a plus.
- Experience with project or strategic planning and assigned-area responsibility management.
