Responsibilities

Build and ship end-to-end solutions from business needs or user pain points through production.
Develop backend and frontend features using full-stack engineering skills.
Design and architect features and services for production systems operating at scale.
Own ambiguous, cross-cutting technical challenges with minimal supervision.
Use AI tools to accelerate coding, debugging, and solution exploration.
Unblock teammates, conduct code reviews, pair, and share knowledge.
Identify and resolve bottlenecks, technical debt, and workflow inefficiencies.
Build solutions for expert users and industry verticals including aviation, logistics, and emergency response.

7+ years of full-stack development experience.
Knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
Strong system design skills and ability to architect features and services.
Experience across backend logic, APIs, databases, and frontend UI.
Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, cloud systems, and production-scale systems.
Daily fluency with AI-assisted development tools.
Preferred experience with Mapbox, GCP, or WebGL.
Ability to work independently on ambiguous problems, prioritize impact, and improve team effectiveness.
