Responsibilities
- Own the design and continuous evolution of packaged or SaaS solutions.
- Manage solution configuration, integrations, release processes, and platform standards.
- Lead Azure DevOps, cloud infrastructure management, CI/CD, release management, version control, and deployment automation.
- Make team decisions, provide solutions applicable across multiple teams, and coordinate cross-functional technical initiatives.
- Establish best practices and standards for packaged and cloud-based application development.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to align technical strategies with organizational goals.
- Mentor and support team members to improve team capabilities.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps is required.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure management and continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of software release management and version control systems.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable cloud-based solutions.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting for deployment processes.
- Fluency in React, Java, or Python.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education.
