Responsibilities
- Design, build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
- Manage T Cloud Public or other cloud infrastructure for high availability and performance.
- Administer and troubleshoot Linux and Windows production systems.
- Deploy, configure, and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Implement system monitoring, logging, alerting, root cause analysis, and preventative measures.
- Support Postgres database administration, including backup strategies and performance optimization.
- Participate in on-call rotation and provide incident response and resolution.
- Maintain infrastructure documentation, processes, and runbooks.
- Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies to improve DevOps practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in DevOps engineering or operations engineering roles.
- Strong proficiency with at least one cloud platform and its services, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Expertise in CI/CD tools and pipeline development.
- Understanding of Infrastructure as Code principles and tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in Linux and/or Windows system administration.
- Strong scripting or programming skills in Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar languages.
- Experience with Git or another version control system.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher and German proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Preferred qualifications include T Cloud Public experience, Prometheus, ELK Stack, or Grafana experience, support and troubleshooting experience, infrastructure security and compliance knowledge, configuration management experience, and bilingual German-English fluency.
