Base Salary
$70k - $130k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build rapid prototypes and proof-of-concept applications to answer executive-level business questions.
- Explore and integrate existing corporate APIs, databases, and infrastructure to automate reporting and organizational workflows.
- Design and implement data pipelines that synthesize information across multiple systems.
- Transform manual processes into automated solutions with appropriate error handling and monitoring.
- Collaborate directly with executive stakeholders to understand requirements and iterate on solutions.
- Maintain clear documentation and write maintainable code despite aggressive timelines.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate development cycles.
- Evaluate and adopt appropriate technologies for each use case without over-engineering.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 0-4 years of software development experience across multiple languages and frameworks.
- Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and system design.
- Demonstrated ability to build working applications from ambiguous requirements.
- Experience with REST APIs, authentication protocols, and common integration patterns.
- Proficiency in at least two of: Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Go, or similar modern languages.
- Practical experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and data transformation.
- Track record of shipping projects quickly without sacrificing code quality.
Benefits
- Base Salary: $70,000 to $130,000.
