Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites for web applications, mobile apps, and services.
- Own testing strategy, preparation, execution, and reporting from feature conception through production deployment.
- Perform end-to-end API testing for RESTful services, including functional accuracy, performance, and data integrity checks.
- Build and maintain web and app automation scripts using Playwright and Selenium.
- Implement behavior-driven development and integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Identify, document, and track software defects while collaborating with developers on resolution.
- Champion QA best practices and contribute to quality assurance within a multidisciplinary international squad.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Quality Assurance or Test Automation Engineer.
- Hands-on experience with API testing using tools such as Postman, Bruno, Requests, RestAssured, or Robot Framework.
- Expertise in Behavior-Driven Development using Behave or similar Gherkin-based frameworks such as Cucumber or SpecFlow.
- Strong practical experience with web UI automation using Playwright and/or Selenium.
- Programming experience in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or C# for automation test frameworks.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and test integration using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins.
- Knowledge of QA methodologies, test design techniques, defect lifecycle management, and Agile methodologies.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish.
- Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, constructive communication, empathy, and collaborative teamwork.
