Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and development of enterprise .NET services and APIs.
- Design and operate secure, scalable AWS infrastructure using AWS CDK and TypeScript.
- Build and optimize AWS CodePipeline and CodeBuild deployment pipelines with Windows build agents.
- Drive clean-architecture, legacy modernization, refactoring, and technical-debt reduction initiatives.
- Design and tune PostgreSQL and MSSQL database solutions for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Develop complex .NET and React features integrated through REST APIs.
- Lead technical initiatives, mentor engineers, and influence engineering standards across teams.
- Improve platform performance, reliability, observability, and release automation.
Requirements
- Typically 8+ years of experience delivering and operating scalable enterprise software across application code and cloud infrastructure.
- Deep hands-on expertise with C#, .NET, ASP.NET MVC, and enterprise backend architecture.
- Strong production AWS experience with EC2, ECS, Lambda, S3, IAM, VPC, and CloudWatch.
- Proven experience designing and improving CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Solid experience with React, TypeScript, frontends, .NET backends, and REST APIs.
- Strong understanding and application of SOLID and clean architecture principles in large systems.
- Experience leading technical initiatives, mentoring engineers, and influencing standards beyond an individual team.
- Preferred experience with Docker, ECS, GitHub Actions, Datadog, or Grafana.
- Preferred exposure to cloud security, compliance, cost optimization, SOC 2, ISO, FinOps, or multi-account AWS environments.
- Preferred familiarity with Node.js, AWS Bedrock, RAG-style systems, and MERN-oriented cloud-native architectures.
