Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and translate them into feasible software designs.
- Develop, modify, test, and maintain software modules and applications.
- Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases and usage scenarios.
- Troubleshoot defects, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend system improvements.
- Analyze software and hardware interfaces and develop specifications and performance requirements.
- Prepare code documentation, flowcharts, reports, project specifications, and status updates.
- Coordinate with project managers, functional teams, systems analysts, engineering staff, and stakeholders.
- Capture client requirements and clarifications, gather feedback, and support on-time delivery.
- Track software quality, customer experience, continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, and reporting metrics.
- Participate in continuing education, training, and certification activities.
