Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain front-end and back-end components for production-ready enterprise applications.
- Use AgentAI copilots and LLM-based tools for coding, debugging, testing, documentation, and integration.
- Integrate pre-built AI services and APIs and implement RAG-based features where relevant.
- Apply engineering best practices to deliver robust, scalable, quality-compliant software efficiently.
- Collaborate with architects and AI-native specialists to support seamless integration and adoption.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of Java full-stack development experience.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong foundation in enterprise engineering, SDLC, and domain workflows.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools, copilots, or LLM-based coding assistants.
- Practical knowledge of AI concepts and limitations, with a focus on integration rather than model training.
- Backend experience with Java and Spring Boot, .NET and C#, or Python.
- Frontend experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js and TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databases and REST or GraphQL APIs.
- Ability to accelerate delivery while maintaining software quality.
