Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance custom software solutions across systems and applications.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Integrate and customize SAP modules for production-planning environments.
- Troubleshoot and optimize SAP production-planning systems.
- Act as a subject-matter expert and make decisions for the team.
- Coordinate project activities across teams to support timely, high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Mentor junior team members and facilitate communication across teams.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control for discrete industries.
- Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- Strong knowledge of production-planning processes and discrete manufacturing environments.
- Experience with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with SAP module integration and customization techniques.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing production-planning systems.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
