Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Take ownership of high-impact product areas and ship improvements daily.
- Rapidly iterate on UI, UX, and core application logic based on user feedback.
- Decompose ambiguous product goals into clear engineering plans and execute them.
- Build and maintain TypeScript codebases across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
- Use AI pair-programming tools to enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with design, product, and founding team to shape product development.
- Monitor production metrics and troubleshoot issues in real time.
- Contribute to platform architecture decisions for scalability.
- Work closely with customers to understand pain points and translate feedback into product decisions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience with a record of shipping customer-facing features.
- Strong frontend TypeScript skills, preferably with Svelte/SvelteKit.
- Hands-on experience with Postgres and backend TypeScript.
- Proficiency with AI coding assistants like Cursor or Claude Code.
- Ability to decompose ambiguous problems into shippable increments.
- Comfort in a fast-moving, early-stage environment with shifting priorities.
- Experience with automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and production monitoring.
- Bonus: Experience with AI SDKs, AI-first UX patterns, or government data.
