Responsibilities
- Build the content engine end-to-end, including ingestion, theme extraction, drafting, evaluations, and review.
- Create webinars, technical content, product marketing materials, and product videos.
- Develop content that reflects distinct author voices rather than generic model output.
- Own and grow the audience while tracking reach, engagement, and pipeline influence.
- Build multi-step LLM workflows with structured outputs, prompt engineering, and regression evaluations.
- Contribute to the broader Growth technology stack as priorities and constraints change.
- Collaborate with founders, customers, and customer engineers to improve Soda’s messaging and category positioning.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building go-to-market systems through growth engineering, marketing operations, technical content, RevOps, or a founder background.
- Strong writing and storytelling ability, including work read by a technical audience.
- Experience building serious prompt-engineering workflows with multi-step LLM pipelines, structured outputs, and evaluations.
- Ability to work autonomously with Python or TypeScript, APIs, webhooks, and databases.
- Fluency with data pipelines, dbt, and data warehouses.
- Generalist, independent working style suited to a distributed and asynchronous team.
- Fluent English.
- Experience in marketing or growth for data, developer tools, or infrastructure companies is preferred.
- Experience growing a technical audience through a newsletter, blog, LinkedIn, or open source is preferred.
- Experience shipping agentic workflows using MCP servers, Claude skills, or tool-using agents is preferred.
- Data quality, data management, or data observability industry experience is preferred.
