Responsibilities
- Design and deliver scalable Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions across multiple teams and markets.
- Lead architecture and integration initiatives connecting Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems and Microsoft Azure services.
- Drive platform upgrades, migrations, and environment modernisation.
- Make technical decisions and contribute to long-term technology strategy.
- Mentor engineers and promote quality, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.
- Represent technology initiatives through architecture reviews, technical discussions, and community engagement.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience building Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Power Platform, Dataverse, Azure Functions, and Azure Service Bus.
- Proven experience designing and delivering end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementations.
- Strong expertise in C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL.
- Knowledge of modern DevOps practices and Agile delivery environments.
- Practical experience using AI tools in software engineering workflows.
- Professional proficiency in Polish and English.
- Ability to take ownership of outcomes and support the growth of other engineers.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications are desirable.
- Experience with Python, FastAPI, Flask, Docker, PostgreSQL, Redis, Apache Kafka, or large-scale enterprise ecosystems is desirable.
