Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of software development, including development schedules and deliverables in an Agile environment.
- Develop detailed software designs, interfaces, and related deliverables based on customer and system requirements.
- Maintain and develop network, records, analytical, and data-collection applications.
- Coordinate, support, and participate in program meetings and reviews.
- Develop single-page applications, applications, RESTful web services, and automated tests.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 14 or more years of experience, master’s degree with 12 or more years, or PhD/JD with 9 or more years.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
- Experience developing single-page applications with HTML5, CSS3, and Angular 21+.
- Experience with Solr, Elasticsearch, PostgreSQL, Java, Scala, RDS, Spring Framework, Spring Security, and Spring Boot, or similar technologies.
- Experience with non-relational databases such as DynamoDB.
- Experience troubleshooting Internet and web protocols and technologies, including Tomcat, Node.js, web services, and SSL.
- Experience developing JUnit and Jasmine tests and using Jest or Karma.
- Experience with DevOps tools including Git, Jenkins, and Nexus.
- Experience with AWS and Azure cloud services is desired.
