Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain LLM integrations for AI features.
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of AI features in production.
- Translate abstract requirements into structured technical plans.
- Own implementations from discovery to post-delivery monitoring.
- Evaluate and articulate implications of technical choices.
- Leverage AI agents to improve development velocity.
- Collaborate with engineering and adjacent teams to share learnings.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python for production software.
- Proficiency with Jupyter Notebook or equivalent environments.
- Experience building and operating LLM-powered features/services.
- Ability to decompose ambiguous problems and write clear technical plans.
- Experience designing for reliability, scalability, and observability.
- Familiarity with leveraging AI agents for efficiency.
