Base Salary
$170k - $205k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain LLM integrations powering AI features across Notable’s solutions.
- Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of AI features in production.
- Translate abstract requirements into structured technical plans and milestones.
- Own implementations from discovery and requirements through design, build, launch, monitoring, and iteration.
- Evaluate and communicate the implications and trade-offs of technical choices.
- Use AI agents to improve development velocity and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineering and adjacent teams to share learnings, improve processes, and raise engineering quality.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python for production software.
- Proficiency with Jupyter Notebook or an equivalent environment such as JupyterLab, Databricks, or Colab.
- Demonstrated experience building, integrating, and operating LLM-powered features or services.
- Ability to decompose ambiguous problems, create clear technical plans, and execute with high ownership.
- Experience designing production systems for reliability, scalability, and observability.
- Experience leveraging AI agents for day-to-day efficiency.
- Terraform and Helm Charts experience is preferred.
- Google Cloud Platform experience, including tools such as GKE, Cloud Run, or Cloud Storage, is preferred.
- TypeScript experience for service or UI integrations is preferred.
- Postgres experience for application data modeling and performance is preferred.
- Experience with ML/AI platforms, agents, or orchestration frameworks is preferred.
