Base Salary
$171k - $194k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy HIL control software to validate hardware and software functionality.
- Maintain software hardware abstraction libraries for various lab equipment.
- Scale production test software to meet evolving customer requirements.
- Drive architectural decisions and best practices.
- Lead capability development of the HIL software infrastructure.
- Develop user interfaces for technicians to run tests and troubleshoot failures.
- Coordinate with engineers on designing new test fixtures.
- Work with teams to develop HIL test platforms and procedures.
- Manage data logging and analysis for informed decision-making.
- Train technicians on operation of test software for production testing.
- Select and onboard new lab equipment to improve HIL capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of industry experience.
- Proficiency with Python and Git.
- Familiarity with C++, Rust, C, or Java.
- US Citizen (future U.S. security clearance may be required).
