Responsibilities

  • Implement tasks within the Software Development Lifecycle under the guidance of more experienced staff.
  • Follow internal conventions, standards, and procedures and apply them when making technical decisions.
  • Collaborate with peers, managers, and project leads to understand tasks and review solutions.
  • Contribute to code and design reviews.
  • Lead, coach, and develop technical program management talent.
  • Coordinate complex software initiatives, integrated roadmaps, governance, dependencies, launch criteria, pilots, and release execution across teams and geographies.
  • Define program KPIs, launch strategies, and go/no-go criteria and lead retrospectives to improve delivery practices.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Preferred qualifications include 15+ years of overall professional experience, including 8+ years of program management experience.
  • Demonstrated people leadership, coaching, and talent-development experience.
  • Experience coordinating multiple teams delivering complex software or product-development initiatives.
  • Experience with program and release roadmaps, Agile software development, Scrum, governance frameworks, launch criteria, and execution plans.
  • Strong cross-functional communication, business judgment, dependency management, and stakeholder relationship skills.
  • Payments or FinTech industry experience is preferred.
