Responsibilities
- Design, develop, refactor, and optimize core backend system components.
- Research and implement solutions for complex business and technical problems, particularly in high-concurrency scenarios.
- Contribute to architecture decisions focused on scalability, high availability, and fault tolerance.
- Participate in requirements analysis, system design, testing, deployment, and operational monitoring.
- Collaborate with local, regional, and business unit teams while sharing knowledge and promoting best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- At least 1 year of software development experience, preferably with Java programming.
- Strong understanding of operating systems, networking principles, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience with Spring Core, Spring Boot, Spring Security, AWS, Azure, Kafka, RocketMQ, Dubbo, Zookeeper, Redis, and MySQL.
- Deep knowledge of MySQL schema design, SQL optimization, and database scaling strategies.
