Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain Google Wallet features that import pass data from Gmail, Photos, and Android.
- Design and implement maintainable, reusable features and UI building blocks for the Google Wallet Android app and Google Play Services modules.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge.
- Collaborate with senior engineers, product managers, UX, and other teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 1 year of software development experience in one or more programming languages such as Python, C, C++, Java, or JavaScript.
- At least 1 year of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Preferred: experience in machine learning and AI quality evaluations.
- Preferred: experience with backend systems and data processing.
