Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain systems, interfaces, and tools supporting portfolio management workflows.
- Collaborate with portfolio managers and developers to understand requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve issues in existing tools and infrastructure.
- Monitor and support production systems, respond to incidents, and help ensure reliability.
- Contribute to code reviews, testing, and technical documentation.
- Improve team productivity by maximizing modern development tools and practices.
- Apply Claude or other LLM tools thoughtfully across problem analysis, debugging, solution design, and documentation.
- Help raise broader team productivity through effective use of LLM tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Solid practical experience with Python and/or C++.
- Good working knowledge of Bash scripting and Linux environments.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking with a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Meticulous work habits and a high standard for quality.
- Ability to take ownership, work independently, manage multiple tasks, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and complex systems.
- Effective and concise written and verbal English communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of Claude or other LLM ecosystems and the judgment to use them critically rather than relying on blind code generation.
