Responsibilities
- Build and ship features for Clera’s agentic headhunting automation system.
- Own projects from concept through deployment and production operation.
- Work directly with the CTO, co-founder, and engineering team.
- Write and iterate on code quickly while transitioning appropriate systems toward scale and quality.
- Talk with customers and iterate based on their feedback.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering background with experience in TypeScript and React.
- Strong practical experience working with AI and ideally experience coding with AI tools.
- Experience with LLM APIs is a bonus.
- Startup mindset with high agency, resourcefulness, and a focus on creating value.
- Willingness to work intensively in a San Francisco hackerhouse and help build a new product from an early stage.
