Responsibilities
- Design and build high-availability backend systems for the OneBox parcel-locker network.
- Develop and maintain services using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, databases, messaging systems, caching, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Build and consume REST APIs and contribute to architecture and overall system design.
- Own services across their lifecycle, from design and deployment to reliable operation and scaling.
- Work with physical machines, large-scale infrastructure, and complex integrations close to hardware.
- Share knowledge, promote sound engineering practices, and grow toward end-to-end task ownership with mentorship from senior engineers.
Requirements
- Solid proficiency in C# and .NET Core or ASP.NET for reliable, maintainable backend development.
- Practical experience building and consuming REST APIs according to industry standards.
- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, including data modeling and basic performance tuning.
- Hands-on experience with asynchronous messaging systems such as Azure Service Bus or similar message brokers.
- Understanding of caching concepts and tools such as Redis.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with large IoT device networks and ecosystems is a plus.
- Proficiency in Polish and English at least at B2 level.
- Willingness to share knowledge, adopt good engineering practices, and develop toward end-to-end software lifecycle ownership.
