Base Salary
$70k - $140k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery and design sessions and advise customers toward standard capabilities and configurable guardrails
- Lead and execute software implementations using prescribed best practices, standardized packages, and automation tools
- Configure Vault CRM Events Management solutions, manage data migration, and execute validation using the Vault Platform
- Guide customers through event lifecycle integrations involving planning, speaker management, budget tracking, content distribution, attendee reconciliation, and compliance reporting
- Collaborate with Strategy, Product Management, Solution Consulting, and Account Partners on project handoffs, key projects, and product feedback
- Own project deliverables, proactively manage execution risks, and achieve project milestones
- Establish strong foundations for post-implementation adoption and long-term customer success
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience leading and delivering enterprise SaaS or cloud implementations of event management solutions
- Understanding of life sciences commercial event operations, including speaker programs, advisory boards, and transparency reporting
- Strong technical affinity for cloud platforms, workflow engines, and data integration patterns
- Ability to lead customer discovery workshops, explain complex architectural concepts simply, and challenge customers constructively
- Self-starter with operational discipline, strong attention to detail, and a record of delivering projects with speed and quality
- Willingness to travel up to 25–30% for key project milestones and customer discovery
