Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered features.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to identify AI-driven innovation opportunities.
- Integrate multiple LLMs and AI models for personalized user experiences.
- Prototype, test, and iterate on new AI features based on user feedback.
- Ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of AI features in production.
- Stay updated on AI research and trends for product roadmap incorporation.
- Address AI privacy, security, and compliance challenges.
- Mentor and guide other engineers in AI product best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience building AI-powered features in a production environment.
- Deep understanding of LLMs and AI models, including integration strategies.
- Experience with orchestration frameworks and integrating multiple AI models.
- Experience developing evaluation frameworks for AI features focused on user impact.
- Familiarity with AI privacy, security, and compliance best practices.
- 5+ years of backend and/or full-stack engineering experience, proficient in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript.
- 5+ years of experience with PostgresDB, MySQL, or related databases.
- 5+ years of experience with Elasticsearch or related technologies.
- Experience setting up production-ready observability and logging.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and translate product requirements.
- Passion for staying updated with AI research and applying it to real-world problems.
- Excellent communication and mentorship skills.
