Responsibilities
- Rotate across Banking & Payments, Trading, Investment Products, and Internal Products while shipping full-stack production changes.
- Implement well-scoped features and bug fixes from ticket through deployment.
- Design, build, ship, and maintain small domains as responsibilities grow.
- Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and RFCs.
- Use AI tools in the engineering workflow and evaluate their effect on velocity and quality.
- Improve internal systems and tooling and take responsibility for delivery outcomes.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of software development experience.
- Comfort or eagerness to work across the stack, including frontend development.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language; Go and TypeScript are preferred but not required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and sound engineering judgment.
- Curiosity about systems, business operations, and how the company makes money.
- Interest in using AI tools effectively and willingness to learn, accept feedback, and take on more responsibility.
- A computer science degree or any degree is not required.
