Responsibilities
- Own the handover framework and define production-readiness standards for engagements moving from delivery to production.
- Build monitoring, alerting, incident-response, and self-healing capabilities for deployed AI solutions.
- Establish production AI quality practices including drift detection, benchmarking, guardrails validation, and retraining triggers.
- Define security, data-boundary, compliance, and governance practices for customer deployments.
- Design scalable operational tooling, automation, and partner integrations across multiple engagements.
- Feed operational learnings back into the delivery lifecycle and mentor engineers while setting team standards.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with LLM-based systems, agentic workflows, observability, and incident management in cloud production environments.
- Deep experience detecting behavioral drift and building monitoring frameworks, playbooks, and operational standards.
- Experience with production AI quality assurance, performance benchmarking, guardrails validation, and retraining triggers.
- Background in regulated or enterprise-grade environments involving application security, data boundaries, compliance, and operational governance.
- Track record designing scalable operational models using tooling, automation, CI/CD practices, and partner integration.
- Strategic thinking, business understanding, influencing ability, emotional intelligence, and confidence working through complex problems.
- A degree is not required.
