Responsibilities
- Discover customer priorities and translate them into high-impact Agentic AI use cases during the enterprise sales cycle.
- Lead the design and execution of proof-of-value projects combining customer data, ML/AI models, and Taktile’s platform.
- Build technical prototypes, demos, integrations, and workflows that simulate production-grade implementations.
- Collaborate with customers and partners to design and build solutions in Taktile’s Agentic Decisioning Platform.
- Communicate implementation value and strategic roadmaps to senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- Partner with Product Management to provide competitive intelligence and prospect insights for the AI product roadmap.
- Create reusable collateral, best practices, and tools for the Solutions Engineering organization.
- Discover new use cases, implement them on the platform, assess product-solution fit, and share findings with Product and go-to-market teams.
- Manage multiple high-stakes prospects while partnering with Sales to secure technical wins and advance deals to close.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience writing production Python code.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in enterprise solution or sales engineering in B2B SaaS, or a senior technical consulting role, preferred but not required.
- Experience with REST API design, integration, and authentication is preferred.
- Experience building, tuning, or deploying production ML models using tools such as scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch, or TensorFlow is preferred.
- Experience with AI use cases in financial services, including fraud detection, credit scoring, or underwriting, is a strong plus.
- Ability to work with technical and business stakeholders across complex enterprise organizations and explain models to both groups.
- Experience supporting high-contract-value enterprise deals and managing technical evaluations or proofs of concept.
- Ability to work from the Berlin office at least three days per week in a hybrid model.
