Base Salary
$180k - $265k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and build core UI components and high-performance frontend features.
- Collaborate with design and product teams to create polished interfaces for campaign workflows.
- Develop and optimize React and GraphQL integrations for reliable interactions.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights for providers.
- Drive frontend architecture and set engineering standards through documentation and reviews.
- Mentor engineers on best practices and system design.
- Implement observability to improve performance across critical workflows.
Requirements
- Proven track record of owning and scaling complex user-facing platforms.
- Deep expertise in React, JavaScript, and TypeScript, including performance optimization.
- Experience building shared UI systems that emphasize reusability and accessibility.
- Strong experience integrating with GraphQL APIs, ideally backed by C#.
- Familiarity with ads platforms or optimization-driven products is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to align stakeholders around shared goals.
- Passion for mentoring engineers and improving engineering processes.
