Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack user interfaces, backend microservices, web services, APIs, and service integrations.
- Automate analytical workflows and build repeatable, scalable processing pipelines.
- Develop and integrate persistent data solutions using PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Contribute to AWS cloud-native deployment, monitoring, and operational support.
- Support data flow and orchestration solutions such as Apache NiFi.
- Perform testing, code reviews, troubleshooting, technical demonstrations, release planning, and deployment support.
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for deployed applications and databases, including diagnosing complex production issues.
- Collaborate on documentation and operational readiness using Jira and Confluence.
- Support off-hours deployments when needed to meet mission timelines.
- Participate in team demos and stakeholder presentations.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of relevant software development experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
- Hands-on experience with Python, FastAPI or similar API frameworks, AWS, Docker, Git-based version control, PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB, and collaborative development tools including Jira and Confluence.
- Ability to produce high-quality, maintainable code in a collaborative product team.
