Responsibilities
- Lead technical analysis and implementation of complex requirements, enhancements, and change initiatives.
- Design robust Avaloq Script and PL/SQL solutions and validate their correctness, performance, security, maintainability, and delivery impact.
- Resolve complex implementation questions, manage trade-offs, and address quality findings from reviews and testing.
- Review code, database logic, test coverage, documentation, and technical designs.
- Facilitate technical clarification workshops, manage dependencies, coach colleagues, and improve engineering standards.
Requirements
- Expert SQL/PLSQL and database design skills with a strong maintainability and performance mindset.
- Expert ABS experience across relevant functional areas, dependencies, integrations, and recurring change patterns.
- Experience with solution design, implementation, code review, testing, documentation, and technical quality practices.
- Regulated banking domain experience is a plus.
- German language skills are an advantage for workshops, change clarification, and cross-team alignment.
