Responsibilities
- Understand client and product requirements and translate them into feasible software designs.
- Develop, modify, test, validate, troubleshoot, and maintain software modules and programs.
- Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Perform root-cause analysis, resolve defects, improve system performance, and support software installation or modification.
- Prepare code, technical documentation, reports, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, and project status updates.
- Coordinate with functional teams, engineering staff, project managers, clients, and stakeholders.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, customer issue resolution, and on-time delivery.
- Gather requirements and clarifications, collect feedback, and maintain effective customer communication.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory skills in Telecom, NFVI, VNFM, and OpenStack.
- Ability to analyze requirements, design software solutions, code, test, debug, and maintain applications.
- Ability to create automated validation processes, documentation, reports, and project status updates.
- Ability to collaborate with clients, functional teams, systems analysts, engineering staff, and project managers.
- Commitment to continuing education, training, and completion of relevant skill-upgrading certifications.
