Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deploy, and operationalize GenAI and LLM applications, including RAG pipelines, prompt orchestration, agent-based workflows, and Python automation.
- Select models, tools, and frameworks based on quality, latency, cost, and security requirements.
- Define solution architectures and ensure production solutions are reliable, scalable, maintainable, and compliant with enterprise AI policies and risk controls.
- Establish practices for prompt design, evaluation, testing, versioning, automated deployment, monitoring, and feedback.
- Partner with business and domain stakeholders to identify valuable use cases, translate needs into technical solutions, and communicate tradeoffs.
- Mentor AI engineers and associates and help non-software practitioners use GenAI-powered and low-code/no-code tools effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in software engineering, AI/ML, or applied data systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience building production-grade services.
- Hands-on experience designing and deploying GenAI or LLM-based applications.
- Preferred: experience with RAG pipelines, vector databases, and GenAI evaluation techniques.
- Preferred: familiarity with cloud-native architectures and production deployment practices.
- Preferred: ability to influence technical decisions and collaborate across teams.
