Responsibilities
- Design and develop GenAI applications, including RAG pipelines, prompt orchestration, and agent-based workflows.
- Build and own GenAI solutions from design through production deployment, monitoring, feedback, and iteration.
- Define solution architectures aligned with enterprise AI platforms, standards, guardrails, policies, and risk controls.
- Select models, tools, and frameworks based on quality, latency, cost, and security requirements.
- Establish best practices for prompt design, evaluation, testing, versioning, reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
- Partner with business and domain stakeholders to identify valuable use cases and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Mentor AI engineers and associates working on GenAI and LLM-based systems.
- Guide non-software practitioners in using GenAI-powered and low-code/no-code tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in software engineering, AI/ML, or applied data systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience building production-grade services.
- Hands-on experience designing and deploying GenAI or LLM-based applications.
- Experience with RAG pipelines, vector databases, and GenAI evaluation techniques is preferred.
- Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and production deployment practices is preferred.
- Ability to influence technical decisions and collaborate across teams is preferred.
