Responsibilities
- Define and own enterprise target architecture, reference patterns, integration standards, and governance for Microsoft Copilot Studio agents.
- Lead the design and delivery of topics, generative orchestration, knowledge sources, plugins, connectors, conversation flows, and Microsoft 365 Copilot handoffs.
- Oversee hands-on builds and coach engineering teams, professional developers, and citizen makers on best practices.
- Drive application lifecycle management, source control, environment strategy, and CI/CD using Power Platform Pipelines, Azure DevOps, and GitHub.
- Define security, privacy, data residency, authentication, DLP, content moderation, evaluation, red-teaming, and human-in-the-loop guardrails.
- Lead architectural reviews, design-authority approvals, technical due diligence, and governance forums for enterprise copilot use cases.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to business stakeholders and establish a centralized Copilot Studio practice with standards, templates, enablement, and value tracking.
- Establish observability, telemetry, conversation analytics, quality metrics, capacity management, licensing oversight, and total-cost-of-ownership practices.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in solution architecture or senior engineering roles.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or Power Virtual Agents delivering production agents.
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, and AI Builder.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot extensibility, declarative agents, API plugins, connectors, and Copilot Studio agent builder.
- Strong knowledge of Azure AI services, including Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Azure AI Foundry, Document Intelligence, and Content Safety.
- Experience with conversational design, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, evaluation frameworks, agent orchestration, and multi-agent patterns.
- Knowledge of Entra ID, OAuth 2.0, On-Behalf-Of flows, Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, Logic Apps, and API Management.
- Experience with regulated environments, data classification, DLP, audit controls, architectural governance, and mentoring multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience with Power Platform CLI and Power Platform Pipelines for end-to-end ALM.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications such as AB-100, PL-600, PL-400, or AI-102 are preferred.
- Experience integrating Copilot Studio with asset management, wealth management, or capital markets platforms is preferred.
