Base Salary
$171k - $351k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and architect end-to-end applications centered on generative AI and LLMs.
- Develop and manage production AI infrastructure, including vector databases and real-time data pipelines.
- Maintain strong RAG frameworks for factual accuracy and relevance in AI applications.
- Implement advanced prompt engineering and complex LLM chains for intelligent software services.
- Enforce AI reliability and safety to manage model non-determinism.
- Rapidly prototype and productionize new AI capabilities.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on LLMs and Generative AI.
- Strong product-led engineering mindset bridging AI research and user-centric features.
- Proven experience owning end-to-end AI applications, including generative AI agents and RAG pipelines.
- Demonstrated track record of taking AI-first products from concept to production.
- Deep technical understanding of modern AI stacks, including prompt engineering and scalable MLOps.
