Responsibilities
- Champion Celigo through transformational enterprise integrations that support scalable business growth.
- Design, build, deploy, and maintain scalable data pipelines using modern cloud architectures.
- Develop automations and AI chatbots for internal stakeholders using integrator.io and AI technologies.
- Integrate complex systems and data platforms while maintaining data quality, accuracy, operability, and security.
- Own integrations end to end, including operational support, escalation management, documentation, and handoffs.
- Collaborate with business process experts and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Support business and finance teams by connecting systems and data and automating redundant tasks.
- Manage multiple projects and operational tasks concurrently.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience designing and building integration solutions, ideally in Sales or Customer Success domains.
- Proven experience developing AI agents or bots that autonomously interact with tools and systems to derive and act on business insights.
- Experience integrating LLMs such as OpenAI GPT, Google Gemini, or Anthropic Claude with external APIs, vector databases, and enterprise platforms.
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering, context management, and orchestration of multi-step AI tasks.
- Proficiency with enterprise iPaaS platforms such as Celigo, SnapLogic, Boomi, or MuleSoft.
- Strong REST and SOAP API integration experience, including at least 2 years of JSON and XML schema design.
- Proficiency in JavaScript for data processing within integration projects.
- Familiarity with OAuth 2.0, SAML2, and JWT Bearer Tokens.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, Zendesk, Gong, Gainsight, or similar cloud applications.
- Working knowledge of SQL, Snowflake stored procedures, AWS S3, Redshift, and integration design patterns.
- Knowledge of agent SDKs and Model Context Protocol; Python experience is a plus.
- Experience supporting business teams and understanding processes such as Quote-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Lead-to-Opportunity, and Hire-to-Retire.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, ownership, and end-to-end project delivery skills.
- A BS/BA in Information Systems or Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
- Knowledge of system and software engineering architecture principles and best practices is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours to collaborate with US stakeholders.
