Base Salary
$180k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Maintain and evolve a complex TypeScript monorepo and Go services.
- Own and optimize build and test pipelines to improve developer iteration speed.
- Drive code generation and type-safe interfaces across service boundaries.
- Set standards for code quality using automation tools and custom rules.
- Streamline development setup and onboarding experiences.
- Collaborate with platform teams to enhance deployment processes and tooling.
- Lead migrations to modern tools and practices in the codebase.
- Partner with the AI team to improve the internal AI platform's output.
Requirements
- Experienced software engineer with a track record of improving developer productivity.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Go, or Nix.
- Expertise in modern build systems and toolchains.
- Proficiency with linters, formatters, testing frameworks, and code generation tools.
- Experience managing monorepos or large-scale codebases.
