InformaticaResponsibilities
- Design, build, test, and operate Momentum capabilities from meeting capture and recording through transcript processing, insight generation, and customer-facing experiences.
- Develop backend services, APIs, and event-driven workflows for reliable enterprise-scale, multi-tenant operation.
- Contribute to frontend experiences using modern JavaScript and component-based frameworks, including Lightning Web Components where applicable.
- Process high-volume conversation, recording, transcript, and insight data securely and efficiently.
- Design for security, privacy, compliance, data residency, observability, and operational readiness.
- Contribute to unit, integration, functional, performance, and end-to-end test coverage using test-driven development practices.
- Use AI development tools to improve development velocity, testing, debugging, and documentation.
- Monitor production behavior, diagnose distributed-system failures, improve reliability and supportability, and participate in the on-call rotation.
- Participate in architecture and code reviews and evaluate human- and AI-generated code for correctness, maintainability, security, accessibility, and performance.
- Create system context, architecture decisions, operational constraints, coding standards, and runbooks, and collaborate with Product, Design, Security, Privacy, Site Reliability, and partner engineering teams.
Requirements
- A related technical degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
- At least 8 years of backend software development experience is required.
- Deep knowledge of object-oriented programming languages such as Java, C++, Go, C#, Ruby, Scala, Python, Node.js, or JavaScript.
- Broad knowledge of web standards and APIs, including REST, SOAP, XML, WSDL, HTTP, and JSON.
- Experience with Spring, gRPC, REST, and the HTTP protocol.
- Experience with Agile development methodology.
- A genuine AI-first engineering approach and experience using tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Codex, or Cursor.
- Advanced prompt engineering skills, including writing precise structured prompts and cultivating system context for reliable, secure, production-ready AI outputs.
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation.
- Experience with conversation intelligence, audio or video recording, transcription, media processing, or meeting-platform integrations is a preferred qualification.
