Base Salary
$150k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build agents that proactively draft sales outreach when market signals occur.
- Develop AI-powered account research and scoring to qualify prospects automatically.
- Scale data pipelines and backend systems as the customer base grows.
- Design and ship customer-facing features across the full stack.
- Own significant product areas and iterate directly with customers based on feedback.
- Pair with teammates, communicate effectively, and contribute to a high-growth engineering culture.
Requirements
- Senior individual contributor comfortable across the full stack, with strong backend or data engineering capability.
- Experience building and delivering customer-facing software end to end.
- Ability to design clean, simple systems and produce reliable production software.
- Comfort working directly with users, incorporating feedback, and changing product direction when needed.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to contribute to teammate growth.
- Experience working at an early-stage startup with fewer than 30 employees is desired.
- Ability to work quickly and handle both high-priority strategic work and necessary maintenance tasks.
