Base Salary
$126k - $248k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate control plane services for a multi-tenant storage layer.
- Maintain high availability and performance during load spikes and disruptions.
- Contribute to operational excellence through dashboards and playbooks.
- Lead complex technical projects from planning to deployment.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to investigate incidents and develop roadmaps.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a collaborative environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with multi-tenant cloud services.
- Experience with large backend/compiled codebases, such as Rust or C/C++.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
- Experience with observability tooling and distributed systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time management skills and ability to assess project complexity.
