Base Salary
$220k - $405k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build core primitives such as overlays, inputs, navigation, and feedback components with durable APIs.
- Develop the design-token pipeline, including authoring, generation, and per-platform publishing.
- Partner with design to translate Figma systems into typed, testable, and documented components.
- Migrate product surfaces from bespoke implementations to shared primitives without breaking them.
- Build accessible components supporting keyboard navigation, focus management, contrast, and screen readers.
- Support consuming teams through documentation, visual regression coverage, and an on-call rotation.
Requirements
- 4+ years of production frontend development experience.
- Experience with a design system, component library, or shared UI platform is a plus.
- Strong React, TypeScript, and CSS skills.
- Working accessibility knowledge, including WCAG, ARIA patterns, and assistive technology.
- Interest in building reusable components.
- Comfort collaborating closely with designers on visual and interaction language.
