Base Salary
$147k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Write product or system development code.
- Collaborate through design and code reviews to maintain code quality, accuracy, testability, and efficiency.
- Analyze ads performance using log analysis, machine learning, simulations, headroom analysis, holdbacks, counterfactuals, and tuning grids.
- Develop metrics, pipelines, and dashboards to guide projects and measure launch impacts.
- Triage, debug, track, and resolve product or system issues.
- Refine machine learning models, auction and bidding systems, ads triggering, scoring, content generation and selection, and ad formats or UI for omni-channel shopping ads.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 2 years of programming experience in Python or C++.
- At least 1 year of end-to-end machine learning experience, including model deployment, evaluation, optimization, data processing, or debugging.
- At least 1 year of experience with reinforcement learning, ML infrastructure, or another ML specialization.
- Preferred: master’s degree or PhD in computer science or a related technical field.
- Preferred: 2 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Preferred: experience developing accessible technologies and experience in analytics.
Benefits
- US base pay is $147000-$210000, plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
