Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own the full stack: React, Django, PostgreSQL.
- Design and scale backend APIs, data models, and infrastructure.
- Ensure frontend architecture and performance provide a smooth user experience.
- Collaborate with product, CV, and design to launch cohesive features.
- Manage production environments on AWS, GCP, and Heroku.
- Prototype quickly, iterate with customer feedback, and refine features.
Requirements
- Demonstrated founder-level drive and ability to thrive in ambiguity.
- Strong understanding of product engineering and user-centric design.
- Proven experience in web architecture, system design, and performance.
- Ability to handle full-stack responsibilities from frontend to backend.
- Eagerness to learn new frameworks and tackle challenging problems.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple workstreams under pressure.
