Responsibilities
- Own the architecture, design decisions, build-versus-buy evaluations, and technical direction of the MLOps/LLMOps platform.
- Review code and designs and contribute hands-on through prototyping, production debugging, and implementation work.
- Own the platform vision, roadmap, backlog, priorities, tradeoffs, and delivered value.
- Run stand-ups, planning, refinement, reviews, retrospectives, and technical discussions while driving clear decisions.
- Represent platform users, translate their needs into capabilities, manage dependencies and risks, and align international stakeholders.
Requirements
- Production software engineering and architecture experience, ideally using Python and infrastructure-as-code.
- Ability to read unfamiliar codebases, review pull requests, evaluate platform architectures, and implement fixes or prototypes.
- Proven experience as a Tech Lead, Technical Product Owner, or Engineering Lead with roadmap and backlog responsibility.
- Solid understanding of ML and LLM lifecycles and platform engineering.
- Experience applying AI-assisted development tools in reviewable, reliable, and useful engineering workflows.
- Strong communication and decision-influencing skills in an international environment.
- Fluent English is required.
- Experience with AWS, SageMaker, Bedrock, Docker/Kubernetes, LLM gateways, RAG, or agentic frameworks such as LangGraph and LangChain is nice to have.
