Responsibilities
- Own and collaborate on implementation and migration projects for SMB and enterprise accounts.
- Serve as a functional lead, architect, configurator, or stream lead.
- Lead meetings with senior IT and business stakeholders and provide architectural guidance.
- Mentor internal teams and support implementation partners.
- Configure solutions, troubleshoot issues, and help resolve complex technical problems.
- Develop clear action plans from ambiguous or open-ended technical problems.
- Evaluate new AI tools and identify ways to improve team productivity.
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on IT consulting or architecture experience for implementation projects.
- Strong consulting background and demonstrated ability to apply best practices and manage senior stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and take ownership of complex technical outcomes.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment across multiple assignments.
- Willingness to travel approximately 20%.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Expertise with Veeva Vault, Veeva CRM, or the Salesforce Force.com platform is preferred.
- Proficiency in SQL, MDL, or Python is preferred.
- Experience with IQVIA, SAP, CVENT, or other vendor software is preferred.
- Professional fluency in German, French, Spanish, or Italian is preferred.
- Pharmaceutical, consumer health, or adjacent-industry experience is preferred.
- Full right to work in the country of application is required.
